Large stone stone production line consists vibrating feeder which evenly through the hopper feed jaw crusher for primary crushing, crushing stone after the belt conveyor to the crusher for further crushing; Then crushing stone after the conveyor belt feed vibrating sieve, screening of several stones of different sizes,next to meet the size requirements of stones taken from the finished product conveyor belt pile; And does not meet the size requirements of the stone material from the belt conveyor to send back to the impact crusher for recrushing to form a closed loop several times. Finished size can be combined according to the user's needs and graded for the protection of the environment,it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removal equipment.Stone production line crush the material's hardness not more than 320Mpa, such as granite, basalt stone, sand and gravel.The production line is applicable with two crushing process, its' main equipment: vibrating feeder - jaw crusher (one broken) - stone crusher (secondary crusher, can crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher) - shaker - finished stones and belt conveyor.
