Product Packing
Standard export packing, Spare parts are packed with wooden case, the large machines are loaded in container with nude packing, covered with plastic cloth. We export through Xiamen Port, also can be nominated by customer. We have superior cargo agent to arrange the sea shipment for each client with competitive price and secure transportation.
Shipping:we deliver the cargo to China's main sea ports,like Xiamen port.And then the container will be transported to your country by sea.
After-sales Service:
Experienced technicians guidance is available on the phone, and on the internet. One or more engineers will be dispatched to the quarry site to help install the customers’plants. Necessary training about machine daily maintenance to local workers is provided also.

Q: What about Warranty of the products?
A: Mesto Machinery grants our customers a twelve-month-period warranty from the date of delivery for machines exported from us. During the warranty period, in case any defect of material or workmanship occurred with spare parts in normal operation, we will at our discretion replace or repair the defective parts freely.
